Changing your login email
Unfortunately, due to our security configurations, there is no way to change your login email. If you have upgraded to Professional with incorrect login details, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll help you move your subscription to an account with the correct details.
Changing your password
If you’re logged out and want to change your password, follow these steps:
- Log out of your account if you’re signed in already.
- Navigate to https://www.goodtape.io/auth/login and select the ‘forgot your password’ option. You’ll then be sent a password reset link to your login email’s inbox detailing further instructions.
- If you aren’t receiving any password reset emails, first check your spam - but if isn’t there either, then please contact us at [email protected]
If you’re logged in and want to change your password, follow these steps:
- Go to your "Settings" in the sidebar
- In the bottom right corner of your page, click on your profile icon, then settings
- Under account, click on ‘Change password’
- You’ll then be prompted to create a new password
Edit your billing details
To edit your billing details, follow these steps here:
- Go to your "Settings" in the sidebar by clicking on your profile icon, then click settings
- Click “Manage subscription"
- Click “Billing & Shipping Addresses”
- Here you can edit your billing details and add a VAT number if applicable

To enable monthly invoicing emails, navigate to your settings bar on the left hand menu once signed in (https://goodtape.io/settings), and find ‘Email preferences’. After this, select ‘adjust’ and you’ll see the option to enable monthly invoices.
