• Tapes are deleted post-transcription unless the option for audio playback has been selected. If it has been selected, the tape will remain stored until the transcript is deleted, whereby the tape will also be deleted in conjunction.

• The Professional version includes a written Data Processing Agreement signed by the CEO of both Zetland and Good Tape, reinforcing our commitment to your security.
